Breakthrough Church is a Values-Driven Church lead by servant leaders whose purpose is to equip and empower others to fulfill their callings in God's kingdom. Our 7 values are the founding principals of Abundant Life Church that we seek to exhibit every day at all levels of leadership.

 

1.Organization and structure- We believe that God’s greatest revival will be built upon the foundation of the local church. We strive to build a church infrastructure that enables us to support revival and exponential growth.

2. Missional Living and Giving- We are ambassadors of Christ who will minister to people were they are, at their level, whether they be in another country or next door. No one will be left behind.

3.Equipping and empowering people- We are equipped by the word of God and empowered by the spirit of God. We will train, enable and release people to be all they are called to be in the kingdom of God.

4. Family Oriented- Breakthrough Churh believes in strong families and it is reflected in our schedule. Strong families build strong churches.

5. Providing Transportation-The bible says “Whosoever will let them come” we cannot just expect them to show up. We must go get them, by any means necessary.

6. Effective Communication- At Breakthrough Church we exercise transparency at all levels of church government. We provide a “safe place” were opinions, ideas, and insight can be shared openly in a non-judgmental way.

7.Servant leadership-Jesus himself said "The Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve." Every leader should be a servant. The leaders of Abundant Life Church will make it their priority to equip and empower others to fulfill their calling as servant leaders.
